    LANGLEY, British Columbia – Trinity Western’s men’s and women’s volleyball teams moved up in the U SPORTS Top 10 this week, with both sides jumping up to No. 2 in the latest rankings, while the men’s track and field team moved into a tie for No. 6 and the women’s track and field team slotted in at No. 10.

    RICHMOND - First-year Kenny Blackman Jr., alongside pentathlete Jordyn Piercy, led the charge at the Harry Jerome Indoor Games on Saturday. Held at the Richmond Olympic Oval, Blackman Jr. finished the 60m race in first place with a season's best time of 6.92, while teammates Praise Olatoke (Glasgow, Scotland) and Ben Tjernagel (New Westminster, B.C.) finished third and fourth respectively.

    EDMONTON – Trinity Western fifth-year David Boyd (Victoria) broke the Spartans men’s pole vault record and earned the U SPORTS automatic qualification standard, clearing 5.01m to win the competition at the Golden Bear Open Saturday at the Universiade Pavilion.
