    WINNIPEG – Trinity Western’s Mowa Adeleye (Calgary) won a silver medal in triple jump on the final day of the U SPORTS Track & Field Championships, equaling her personal best with a mark of 12.13m Saturday at the James Daly Fieldhouse.

    WINNIPEG – Trinity Western’s Grace Konrad (Edmonton) capped an impressive season with a record-setting performance in the 300m, breaking her own Spartans record with a time of 38.96 en route to an eventual fifth-place finish at the U SPORTS Track & Field Championships at James Daly Fieldhouse.

    Growing up, Madison Evans wouldn’t have described herself as the greatest athlete. She focused on gymnastics before trying a variety of other sports until she finally found the one that was right for her. Her parents had always told her it was important to stay active and to be involved with a team, but Evans couldn’t quite ever find the place that suited her best.
