MONTREAL – Trinity Western prop Ethan Jurgeneit was named a Canadian University Men's Rugby  First Team All-Canadian, while back rower Caleb Graham was named a Second Team All-Canadian. 

The fifth-year Jurgeneit, who was a Second Team All-Canadian in 2024, was a dominant prop in the three Canadian University Men's Rugby Championship (CUMRC) qualifying matches he played. He led a dominant TWU scrum, scoring three tries while averaging 3.4 carries per game, 9.8 tackles per game and earning one penalty per game.

For Graham, after spending a summer in New Zealand training with the Crusaders International Academy, the second-year back rower played in three CUMRC qualifying matches and averaged seven carries per game and six dominant carries over the gain line playing against CUMRC semifinalists UBC and Victoria. Graham also averaged 15.6 tackles per game. 

Both Jurgeneit and Graham were also named to the BC Conference All-Star Team. 

The national awards and recognitions, which were announced at the CUMRC Awards Banquet in Montreal, where the 2025 Canadian University Men's Rugby Championship is being hosted.
