STEP 2: Set up registration account. When you click on "Enroll Now" for the camp(s) of your choice, you will be asked to set up an account if you do not already have one. You must create an account in the name of an adult. Be sure to indicate birthdate of the adult where prompted. Once you have set up the account as an adult, you can click on "add family members" to add one, or more, family members to the adult's account. Once family members have been added you can register anyone listed on that account for a camp. If you do not make an account as an adult first, the system will not allow you to register as a child is not old enough to hold a valid credit card for payment.

Registration Policies
Withdrawal Fee
All refunds and withdrawals will be subject to a $25 administration fee for camps under $245 or $40 fee for camps over $245.
There will be no refunds given within 7 days of the start of a program, unless a doctor's note is provided. Cancellations related to suspected or confirmed COVID-19 cases will not incur refund or withdrawal fees.
Transfer Fee
A transfer fee of $5 will apply for a transfer request from one program into another (plus the cost difference of the camp, if applicable). Within 7 days of the start of a program, transfers cannot be made.
Refunds
There will be
no refunds given within 7 days of the start of a program.
Cancellation
There are times when we must cancel a program due to inclement weather, low registration or health concerns governed by health authorities. In this occurrence, a credit will be issued. If a program is cancelled due to an unforeseen emergency, participants will receive a full refund if no alternative program can accommodate the participant. If a cancellation occurs after a program is in process, a refund will be given for the balance of the program.
