LANGLEY, British Columbia –Trinity Western forward Emmanuel Dan-Adokiene (Calgary, Alta.) is the Spartan Male Athlete of the Week after helping the Spartans to a four-point weekend with the UBC Okanagan Heat and the Thompson Rivers WolfPack this past weekend at Chase Office Field in Langley, B.C.
 
The second-year forward played 81 minutes on Friday and had two shots and one shot on net in the Spartans' 1-1 tie with the Heat, and a full 90 minutes with two goals on three total shots and two shots on goal in Saturday’s 3-0 win over the Thompson Rivers WolfPack.
 
The 2-3-1 Spartans will continue their homestand this weekend when they host the Mount Royal Cougars and the MacEwan Griffins this Friday and Saturday at Chase Office Field in Langley, B.C. Both matches have a 7:15 p.m. kick-off and can be seen live on Canadawest.tv.
