STEP 1: BEFORE REGISTERING FOR A CAMP: Set up a registration account. When you click on "Enroll Now" for the camp(s) of your choice, you will be asked to set up an account if you do not already have one. You must create an account in the name of an adult. Be sure to indicate birthdate of the adult where prompted. Once you have set up the account as an adult, you can click on "add family members" to add one, or more, family members to the adult's account. Once family members have been added you can register anyone listed on that account for a camp. If you do not make an account as an adult first, the system will not allow you to register as a child is not old enough to hold a valid credit card for payment.

STEP 2: Complete Camp Forms: CLICK HERE
Parents / Guardians, please complete the forms in the name of the child attending the camp if the child is a minor. Please ensure the name on the Disclosure, Consent, and Release Form is the same as the one on the specific camp registration.

STEP 3: Once you are registered, you will receive an email receipt showing your payment along with the date(s) of the camp(s) you are registered for. One week prior to your camp, you will receive our "Welcome to Camp" email that outlines all the final pertinent details including what to bring to camp. Registration Policies

Credit Cards
A 3% credit card processing fee will apply for any transactions made with a credit card. Payment via debit card can be made in person at the TWU gym on the Langley campus.

Refunds & Withdrawals
All refunds and withdrawals will be subject to a $35 administration fee for camps under $245 or $50 fee for camps over $245.

There will be no refunds given within 7 days of the start of a program, unless a doctor's note is provided.

Transfer Fee
A transfer fee of $25 will apply for any request for any single week of camps to any other week of camp. This applies even in cases where the switch is from one week to another of the same program. An additional charge for the cost difference between the camps may also apply. Transfers cannot be made inside of 7 days of the start of a program.

Cancellation
There are times when we must cancel a program due to inclement weather, low registration or health concerns governed by health authorities. In these cases, a credit will be issued to your account. If a program is cancelled due to an unforeseen emergency, participants will receive a full refund if no alternative program can accommodate the participant. If a cancellation occurs after a program is in process, a refund will be given for the balance of the program.
