QUOTABLE
TWU Head Coach Graham Roxburgh
"Really pleased with our energy from the start. We attacked from the first whistle and were a bit unlucky not to score earlier then what we did."
"I thought Sydnie Duquette was really lively and Jenna was sharp in midfield. Her work rate was excellent. Liz Hicks (4
th year defender, Surrey, B.C.) and
Brooklyn Tidder (5
th year, defender, White Rock, B.C.) were on point, so they kept Winnipeg from creating anything."
"Once we scored it felt like the field was a little bit tilted. I was really pleased with our ball possession.
Sierra Halldorson (2
nd year, midfield, Winnipeg) was excellent in the midfield I thought we moved the ball really well. Hutch was dangerous,
Kathryn Harvey was excellent. Overall I was really pleased with our first half. Second half we got a little bit sloppy and the game kind of fizzled out."
