VICTORIA – Trinity Western rounded out its preseason campaign with a 4-0 win over Victoria on the road Saturday afternoon.
The win sees TWU finish the preseason at 2-3-3, including a 2-1-2 record against Canada West competition.
AS IT HAPPENED
The Spartans opened the scoring late in the first half with
Kathryn Harvey (Coquitlam, B.C.) burying her opportunity after taking a pass from
Anna Dunn (Edmonton). Liz Hicks (Langley, B.C.) doubled TWU's lead early in the second half before a second goal by Harvey and a tally from
Jessica Vance (Coquitlam, B.C.) sealed the victory.
