LANGLEY, British Columbia – The Trinity Western Spartans saw their seven-game winning streak and their shutout streak come to an end after a 1-0 loss to the Victoria Vikes in the final match of the regular season Saturday night at Chase Office Field in Langley, BC. AS IT HAPPENED
The Vikes scored the lone goal of the match in the 61

QUOTABLE
TWU Head Coach Graham Roxburgh
"Obviously it's disappointing in the manner that we lost, I thought we started really well, and we're passing extremely well, and then we just went flat. I thought
Sierra Halldorson (fourth-year midfielder, Winnipeg, Man.) was outstanding, and
Tilly James (third-year defender, Vancouver, B.C.) was as usual a tower of strength in the back. It's a setback for sure, but a good reminder that we have to show up and play for 90 minutes."
