COLTEN

COACH ADAM SCHRIEMER

"We are excited to add Colten to our already loaded 2026 class. Colten is one of those athletes who makes the game come easy to him. He is a true volleyball athlete who is excellent in every phase required to play outside spiker. Colten also plays with a genuine joy and passion that we love our athletes to have at TWU. Colten is no doubt a perfect fit for our program and we can't wait to add him in the fall of 2026."

COLTEN COCHRANE

"TWU was always my goal in volleyball. I only really had one volleyball role model to look up to, and he chose to go to TWU, so that had always been my goal. Now that I'm my own person and chasing my own dreams, I really appreciate the environment they've created at TWU. It feels positive and focused, and it's the right place for me to grow personally, academically and athletically."

CHASE

COACH ADAM SCHRIEMER

"Chase joins a long line of Spartans forged in the powerhouse pipeline of Langley Christian School. Everything Chased does embodies what it means to be a Spartan – whether it's his offensive spiking, commanding presence blocking at the net, relentless competitiveness, or unwavering support for his teammates. He is also a proven winner, with multiple school and club provincial championships under his belt, along with a club national title as well. Chase is a no brainer for us and we couldn't be happier to receive his commitment."

CHASE BENNETT

"I'm excited for my next step in volleyball and the opportunity to join the TWU men's volleyball team. It's been so fun cheering this team on over the years and then personally getting the opportunity to be coached by TWU alumni has shown me first hand the passion and dedication for this program. I chose TWU because I want to pursue both my academic and athletic career in an environment where God is the centre and team culture is key, with an incredible opportunity for growth."

Nathan

COACH ADAM SCHRIEMER

"Nathan is an explosive athlete who brings size and speed to the middle blocker position. Though still relatively new to the sport, his raw talent and potential make him an exciting player to watch. Coming from Douglas College, he already boasts an impressive résumé, having won a CCAA silver medal while being named a PacWest First Team All-Star as well as the conference's Top Middle Blocker and Rookie of the Year. With a bright future ahead, we can't wait to welcome Nathan to our program this fall."

NATHAN HOWDEN-DUKE

"I chose to pursue the rest of my academic and athletic career at Trinity Western University because the men's volleyball program stood out to me not only for their successes, but also for their focus on teamwork and self-improvement. Joining this team means I will be part of a community that will push me to become the absolute best version of myself, on and off the court."

danill

COACH ADAM SCHRIEMER

"Daniil has every tool to be an elite outside hitter in our league. His skill in reception and arm talent as a spiker is what makes him such an exciting prospect. The moment we saw him play we knew he had the potential to have a big impact on our team. We can't wait to have him join us in the fall of 2026."

DANIIL BULEYKO

"I chose Trinity Western to continue my academic and athletic career because it brings together competing at the highest level with the support of a program, staff, and team that shares in my Christian values and strong love for the game. The culture and talent exhibited by the team is remarkable and makes me excited for the growth and future experiences I will have while still being close to home."

BRAYDEN

COACH ADAM SCHRIEMER

"From the very beginning of the recruiting process with Brayden, it was clear that he is exactly the kind of player we want in our program. He seamlessly fit into our culture, which gives us confidence that he'll thrive as a Spartan. On the court, Brayden is the kind of versatile, positionless athlete that we truly value. He plays a dynamic role for his club team, competing as both a middle blocker and an outside hitter. As a Grade 11 athlete, Brayden was part of Volleyball Canada's National Excellence Program, where he showcased his skills as a middle blocker and opposite. His all-around talent makes him an exciting prospect for our team. We cannot wait to have him join us in the fall of 2026."

BRAYDEN LONG

"I have chosen to continue my academic and athletic career at Trinity Western because of the amazing values and community within the school. The team's culture is incomparable to any other and I feel I can grow into the best version of myself under the faculty and coaching staff at TWU."

AIDEN

COACH ADAM SCHRIEMER

"It is rare to see such an impressive combination of size and skill that Aiden has at the middle blocker position. His 6-foot-9 frame is paired with great read, touch and fundamentals. This unique combo is what makes Aiden an elite prospect in our country. One of the things we look for on the recruiting trail is athletes who have a history of winning. Aiden has exactly that, as he has won national and provincial championships with his KW Predators Volleyball Club. Aiden has also represented Canada with the U19 National Team along with currently representing Canada training in the National Excellence Program. Aiden is the perfect fit for our school and program. We are excited to have Aiden join our roster next fall."

AIDEN VANDENHUEVEL

"I chose Trinity Western because it best aligns with my core values and goals. As a faith-based volleyball player who strives for greatness, Trinity Western is the perfect place for me."

isaac

COACH ADAM SCHRIEMER

"It's not often a libero impacts the game as much as Isaac does. Isaac has an incredible read on the game and often makes game-changing plays out of the back court. He is an elite passer and has incredible touch. Isaac is perfect fit for what we value at TWU. He understands our culture and our program and we cannot wait to have join him our program in the fall of 2025."

ISAAC NAVARRO

"I've always dreamed to play volleyball at a high level university and TWU is just that. I chose TWU because of their high level volleyball program, Christian-based culture, and their incredible community built both on and off the court. Trinty Western University checks all my boxes and I am so excited to be apart of the Spartan family."

asdf

COACH ADAM SCHRIEMER

"Silas starts the next generation of Schalk men's volleyball players at TWU. Silas comes to us from the prestigious NAVC club, where he is currently playing as both a setter and an opposite. At 6-foot-6, Silas can impact the game in many ways. He is an elite server and blocker and he can also set up his offence as a setter and spiker. Silas is one of those can't miss prospects and we cannot wait to see him in Spartan blue soon."

SILAS SCHALK

"I chose TWU because of its incredible culture and prestigious volleyball program. I can't wait to continue my volleyball career as a Spartan."
