The Spartan Women's Soccer ID Camps are designed to provide each participant with a comprehensive understanding of the standards and expectations of being a university-level soccer player. Athletes will have the opportunity to both prepare in for their upcoming season, as well as to showcase their ability and be watched by Spartan coaches and some guest coaches who are invited to run sessions at the camp. In addition, athletes at the ID camp will be exposed to "The Complete Champion Approach®", and get an inside look at the various elements that have helped make TWU Women's Soccer one of the top soccer programs in the country.

On-field sessions will include training similar to those of the Varsity Spartans, as well as guest appearances by Spartan athletes (current and past). One of the great benefits of this ID camp for participants will be the emphasis on personal development for players both on and off the field. As part of the training sessions, athletes will have opportunity to train in position-specific exercises, including a separate training environment for goalkeepers.

Classroom sessions or leadership and team-building exercises are also part of this unique camp experience. In addition, each day will include opportunities for participants to interact with current Spartans and coaches in order to provide a forum for ID camp athletes to learn what it takes to be a member of the Spartans and to play at the university level. This will include information on the recruiting process, and advice on selecting the right university for you.

Each day will include small side and full-field games in order to provide players with the best opportunity to showcase their skill, tactical knowledge, and overall strengths in order to be evaluated by university coaches.
