Darrin Moreira grew up in the gym and has been coaching volleyball at a variety of level since he was 15 years old. As a player he is a Team BC Alumni and competed in the PacWest with Capilano University, where he won a provincial championship in 2013. He has been an assistant coach with various post-secondary teams since 2011, as well as coaching with Team BC. Most recently he has been the scoutman for Team Canada Women's Volleyball in the summer of 2017 and is completing his Masters Degree in Coaching from UBC.
