LANGLEY, British Columbia –Trinity Western fifth-year centre Fynn Murphy (White Rock, B.C.) is the Spartan Male Athlete of the Week after helping the Spartans to a solid 46-22 loss to the Pacific Pride Saturday afternoon at Yorkson Community Park in Langley, B.C.

The human kinetics student played a solid two-way match and scored a try in the Spartans' loss to the top-level Pacific Pride.

Murphy and the Spartans' next Coastal Cup match will be at home on September 27, when they will host the Victoria Vikes in a key match-up. Match time at Yorkson Community Park is set for 2:30 p.m. (PT)
