LANGLEY, B.C. – After a tough weekend in Manitoba, the Spartans men's basketball team travels to Lethbridge to face a playoff hungry Pronghorns team.

THE WEEKEND STORY
· Trinity Western (0-16) searches for a win in Lethbridge after a pair of losses to Manitoba last weekend.
· The University of Lethbridge (9-7) meanwhile is looking to secure a playoff berth, which would mark their fourth straight appearance in the Canada West postseason.
· Vartan Tanielian (Byblos, Lebanon) leads the Spartans in points per game (16.3), which included an 18-point performance last Friday, as the guard surpassed 1,000 career points.
· Zac Overwater leads the Pronghorns in scoring this season (18.5 points/game).
· TWU's defense will be busy, as Lethbridge is currently ranked third in Canada West in points per game (92.3).
· The series marks the first time since 2016-17 that the Spartans have faced Lethbridge, with TWU coming up short in a pair of early-December home games (89-81 and 100-84).
· This weekend is also the first time since 2015-16 the Spartans MBB team will travel to Lethbridge to play the Pronghorns. They lost both games of what was a season-ending series (99-81 and 96-75).
