Trinity Western's Jarrett Fontaine scored with seven seconds left in the third period to lift the Spartans to a 3-2 win over Vancouver Island University in Game 1 of the BCIHL Championship Series. Game 2 is Friday with the Spartans won win away from capturing their second straight BCIHL championship.
