QUOTABLE
Trevor Pridie – TWU Head Coach

"Tonight was a tough one. We led the entire game, but a 17-0 run in the second quarter really hurt us, and we had some stretches where we simply lost composure. Even though we were shorthanded the team battled hard, but too many turnovers and a lack of composure led to the loss.

"Some positive takeaways out of tonight were the big games in the front court from Jack and Andrew – those guys were just awesome."

NOTABLE
  • The Spartans first quarter of 39 points was second most all year, just behind the 41-point fourth quarter against MacEwan (Nov. 29, 2019).
  • TWU hit 54.9% from the field (39-71), while Brandon hit 40% (34-85).
  • Isaiah Reimer (Abbotsford) and Ethan DaSilva (Calgary) each had two steals for the Spartans.
