Trevor Pridie – Head Coach
"It was nice to play a tough well-disciplined team like Concordia early on. We did a good job defensively as we're starting to figure things on the defensive end and gel as a team. It's been nice to have such a big opening weekend from Connor and to see David develop into a premier defender in the country. Mason has been great and steady as expected and guys off the bench have all contributed. You know when you play us you will be in a fast-paced game, but it has been nice to see us build a much better defensive identity and toughness."
UP NEXT
TWU will play the Dalhousie Sunday at 9 a.m. (PT) in the Spartans third of three matches at the Concordia Classic.
