LANGLEY, British Columbia –The Trinity Western Spartans opened the West Coast Classic with a 3-0 (25-18, 25-18, 25-18) win over the Fraser Valley Cascades Friday night at the Langley Events Centre in Langley, B.C. The Spartans will now match up with the Manitoba Bisons in the first semifinal.

The Spartans will match up with the Manitoba Bisons in the first semifinal at 5 p.m. (PT). Alberta will play UBC in the second semifinal at 7 p.m. (PT). UBC Okanagan will play Fraser Valley in the first consolation semifinal at 5 p.m. (PT) on the east court, and Thompson Rivers will play Calgary in the second consolation semifinal at 7 p.m. (PT) on the east court.
