"Heading into today's match, we have had a number of our freshmen put in a lot of hard work and earn a chance to play a great side like the Pacific Pride. Eleven of our players today are U20 age, and played significant minutes for us. The challenge and pace that the Pride posed to us today will fuel further development ahead of upcoming matches to close out the year. Having our young players step up as well, allows us to freshen up some of our veterans ahead of our trip to California on Friday.

Anyone looking at the scoreline only will miss the exciting play that these youngsters brought to the pitch in Langford. Obviously, work is needed, but that's the joy of rugby. The job is never done.
