VANCOUVER, British Columbia – The Trinity Western Spartans men's and women's teams had another strong outdoor performance to open day one of the UBC Open Saturday afternoon at the Rashpal Dhillon Track & Field Oval in Vancouver, B.C.
The Spartans qualified nine men and 14 women for the Cascade Conference Championships, including
Yemane Mulugeta and Justin Kiplagat, who qualified for the NAIA championships in the men's 5K race.
