Dr. Jay Rennicks graduated with honors from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College after completing his undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo Ontario. Following his chiropractic studies he studied a variety of soft tissue treatments including Active Release Therapy, Graston Technique, and Trigenics. Dr. Rennicks uses these techniques and his training as a chiropractor to treat problems related to the spine as well as other areas such as the shoulder or knee.

Beyond the treatments, he places a great emphasis on rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise. He is passionate about staying on the cutting edge of rehab and manual therapy. Dr. Rennicks enjoys working with athletes, as they tend to respond well to care and are especially motivated to recover from injury quickly. Dr. Rennicks is in private practice at Glover Road Chiropractic and Sports Therapy in Langley where he focuses on neck and back pain, headaches, sports and overuse injuries.

Outside of the office Jay loves to play hockey. He has a passion for music and has been playing guitar since he was twelve years old. When he gets a chance, he loves to snowboard too. He is married with two very fun children.
