Joel is going into his 5th season with the Trinity Western Spartans, in his 5 years he has seen such results as Gold, Silver and National Bronze. He has a diverse background in working with a wide variety of athletes starting from beginners, developmental and competitive club as well as Usport. This past summer he coached for the BC Summer games and is looking to furthering his coaching career hoping that he can one day become a USPORTS head coach. Recently his dream of making a living through coaching came true and his full time job involves overseeing all of the day to day operations of the team with head coach Ryan Hofer.
