QUOATABLE
Trevor Pridie - TWU Head Coach
"I'm happy with the effort and how the guys came out and battled. TMU is a very good team with some dynamic players who give any team challenges. It was nice to see what some of the young guys can do against a top tier opponent. Offensively I thought we played well and got quality looks and played like a team. It was a good step in the right direction and a nice way to start preseason. We play two more really good teams this weekend so hopefully we can keep getting better and progressing for the start of season."

UP NEXT
TWU will play the host Concordia on Saturday (3 p.m. PT) in the Spartans second of three matches at the Concordia Classic.
