QUOTABLE
TWU Head Coach Jean Laforest
"We just weren't in sync tonight. We were a half step behind and our execution wasn't where we wanted it to be. But, the girls were really positive all the way through. It was just one of those nights."
"We talked about it. 0-0 with 20 minutes to go. 'Twenty minutes wins the hockey game,' you hear that analogy a lot and it's over said and over played but that is exactly what happened tonight. Our third period was our best period and we left it to the very end to pull it out. It is a huge win for us."
"Tonight Calgary beat Alberta and Manitoba beat Saskatchewan and we are fighting for playoff spots with those two teams. So this was a must win for us if we are to stay in the race and be a top team heading into the post season."
