QUOTABLE
Andrew Evans – TWU Director of Rugby
"We made way too many errors tonight. A lot of our regular players had a tough game, and we introduced a lot of younger players in the second half. The intensity that Central Washington plays with is incredible – it's a good wakeup call. We have work to do, and it comes down to our response now. We take them on again in a couple weeks on their turf, so we'll need to kick better and stick our tackles.
"Central Washington is very polished. Their line speed on defence is in your face, and their ruck gets the ball out quick. They come hard and heavy at you, so you need to be hard in your tackles to have a chance. They're a tough team, especially if you're a first-year university player. That's where we need to get to, and we have faith that our guys will close the gap."
