Women's Cross Country

DUFF LEADS THE WAY AT LINFIELD GEORGE OJA INVITATIONAL

INDEPENDENCE, Ore. – Trinity Western's Hadassah Duff led TWU, finishing 65th overall with a time of 22:33.86 over six kilometres in a field of 352 runners at the Linfield George Oja Invitational at Oak Knoll Golf Course.

 

On the men's side, Yemane Mulugeta finished 1st overall to lead the Spartans in a 402-man field. Mulugeta finished the eight-kilometre race in 23:34.01, and fellow Spartan Justin Kiplagat finished 2nd overall with a time of 23:47.88. 

 

The women's team finished 21st overall, and the men's team finished fifth.
