QUOTABLE
Trinity Western Head Coach Peter Hay
"A great way to go into our last regular season weekend winning game 1 2-0 versus a very good MRU. Taps was amazing in net and stopped some five-alarm chances. Every line contributed once again, which allowed us to keep the pace high and compete with a very fast MRU. The defence was exceptional versus a great forecheck as their decision-making was superb. Also, our special teams were once again a factor as the top Penalty Kill in Canada West stopping all MRU's Power Plays. Overall, it was a great night and it's fun to see the girls having so much fun together. We are officially ready for playoffs, but we have one more regular season game to win tomorrow first before heading to Manitoba for round 1."
