Chris Hartman – TWU head coach
On the Div II team
"Our guys had a strong round that allowed them to climb the ladder a bit, and go into tomorrow alone in sixth place, but only two strokes back of third. While they started a little slow, they got going in the middle of their round when they birdied seven holes in an eight-hole stretch."
On the Div III team
"Today our guys all shot within two strokes of each other and finished tied for the top team score in the pool of 34 teams with an average score of 1 under par. A couple of remarkable finishes with
Ayden Tweedle birdying three of the last five holes and Zach Ruptash getting sizzling hot down the stretch, birdying each of the final four holes.
Ben Brandsma shot 90 points above his player rating for his second-best sanctioned round rating ever."
