"We are excited to welcome Kenzie as our first signing of the 2026 class. She has shown so much growth and development over the past few summers. It's inspiring to see a local, smaller Christian school athlete seek out opportunities to push herself to the next level of play. We've seen her over the course of spring and summer camps over the year years and she has stepped up to every challenge that I've asked her to bring into her game, whether it was extending her range, finding her voice, or developing her decision-making. She's coming from a great high school and club program that have fostered that development, so we know her growth will continue as she steps into our women's basketball program and TWU faith community next fall!"

"I am incredibly grateful to be joining the TWU family and thrilled to play basketball as a Spartan. I am excited to develop my skills on the court, pursue my academic goals and deepen my faith as part of the TWU community."

"We are very excited for Myrlaine to be joining our program. As a great lockdown defender we were recruiting out of high school, she is now joining us after three years of building up all parts of her game at SFU. She is going to be a great member of our community and we know how important that is for her moving into these last two years of eligibility, as she pursues her academic goals of becoming a teacher. With our three incoming high school recruits, she is going to be a big part of adding another piece of the competitive edge we need to become one of the top teams in B.C. Myrlaine adds to our guard scoring depth, which will only make every other player on our team take a bigger step forward."Â

"I chose to attend TWU because it allows me to stay close to home while continuing both with my education and my passion for basketball. I was also drawn to the strong sense of community at TWU, and I'm excited to be a part of it."

"We're excited to add Mavleen to the 2025 recruiting class. With her provincial team and BC high school 4A provincials experience, she is bringing a guard savviness and competitive edge that will continue to help our team move forward. Our home court is already so familiar to her, and with her offensive toolkit, she'll find her stride at our level quickly as she spends more time with our program. With Kayla Gordon, Jessie Brown, Jayden Gill, Shemaiah Abatayo, Cassidy Buchanan and now Moriah and Mavleen, the success of our former U17 provincial team members have been program changing, both on the court and in the classroom, so we look forward to the new standards this generation will be able to achieve."

"TWU has a great team culture as well as school culture that I can't wait to be apart of. I'm wanting to go into business at TWU and the business program at TWU is very well respected so becoming a Spartan is definitely the best fit for me."
"We are really excited to have Lola join our program. Over the past few years we have really seen her develop her game and grow into someone who can compete at the university level. We look forward to adding her length to our roster, knowing that she will stretch out opposing defenses with her shooting touch and, as she starts her university career with us, we will continue to add to her toolkit. TWU is a great place for her to continue to grow in her faith and we look forward to the impact that she will have on our roster."
