U SPORTS TOP 10 RANKINGS

LANGLEY, British Columbia – Trinity Western has been ranked No.3 in 2024's first women's soccer U SPORTS Top 10. The Spartans finished their 2024 preseason at 1-2-5 in their matches against NCAA schools. The defending Canada West champion Spartans and U SPORTS silver medalists are ranked behind No. 1 UBC and No. 2 Ottawa.
 
The Spartans will open the 2024 Canada West season this weekend when they travel to the Okanagan to play the Thompson Rivers WolfPack on Friday in Kamloops, BC and the UBC Okanagan Heat on Saturday in Kelowna, BC.

About Spartan Athletics
As official members of U SPORTS, the Spartans currently compete in 13 sports in the Canada West conference, including women's and men's soccer, volleyball, basketball, hockey, cross country and track & field, as well as women's rugby sevens. TWU also competes as an independent team in men's rugby and women's and men's disc golf. Since TWU entered U SPORTS in 1999, the Spartans have won 14 U SPORTS team championships and 33 Canada West team championships.
