Kyden Dmitruk added eight kills and
Cory Schoenherr put up five kills.
Roan McCarthy had six kills to lead UFV (0-2). Silas Van Huizen had nine assists.

QUOTABLE
Adam Schriemer, TWU Head Coach
"I think that was one of the best games of Kaden's career. He was so good offensively and the best thing about Kaden that won't show up on the stat sheet is the float serve reception upgrades he made today. He got targeted yesterday and struggled a bit, but he worked on it this morning and he made some really impressive upgrades in a few hours. Slammer (
Anselm Rein) was just dialed all night. Anselm had full control on this match, including his play at the net blocking, his play at the net offensively and then what he did from the service line. I thought the guys were really hard to play against all weekend long."
NOTABLE
• The Spartans are 14-2 all-time against the Cascades.
• The Spartans are 9-1 in 2025-26, including preseason.
UP NEXT
The Spartans have a bye next weekend before travelling to play the University of Winnipeg Oct. 31-31 at the Duckworth Centre.
