BELLINGHAM, Washington – TWU Spartans fourth-year Eileen Noordam (Abbotsford, B.C.) bettered her TWU record in the Javelin with a throw of 38.97m. The previous record was 36.92m, which she set on April 11 in Ashland, Oregon. While Sheleena Wiley (Langley, B.C.) established the TWU women's triple jump standard with her second-place jump of 11.55m, to lead the Spartans Saturday at the Ralph Vernacchia Invitational at Civic Stadium in Bellingham, Wash.
